After reviewing the Childline Case, the uncertainty and strain of finding, and ultimately choosing a group project became clear. I am lacking the subsequent passion and other raw emotions needed in order to feel compelled to act.
Jeroo Billimoria compassion for the neglected children on the streets of India, developed a child line service which spanned into 35 cities across India. She was driven by the need for change, both externally and within.
The challenge with a group of six is to find a relevant project in which all members feel some sort of urgency and charge. Though it may not be to the extent that Jeroo experienced, I now understand that it is compulsory in order to make our project work.
